Mr. Gabriel Clare is Honorary Consul of the French Republic in Costa Rica, Attorney at Law and trilingual Notary Public (Spanish, French and English), with experience in commercial, corporate and real estate matters since 2002. He is the current Prosecutor of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France – Costa Rica (since 2012), and also the current Prosecutor of the Federation of European Chambers in Costa Rica (since 2020). He is a professor for the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR). Nicole Gonzalez joined the team of Gabriel Clare and Enrique Loria as a Legal Assistant in 2015. He specializes in Corporate Law, Real Estate and Intellectual Property practices. In the Real Estate area, he has prepared due diligence processes for the purchase and sale of real estate in coastal and urban areas of Costa Rica. In the area of Corporate Law, he has advised companies with day-to-day aspects, as well as with the preparation and review of contracts, mergers and acquisitions processes, shareholder agreements, asset purchase processes, as well as corporate restructurings and reorganizations, mainly providing legal advice necessary for the start-up of commercial operations in Costa Rica. In the Intellectual Property area, we advise on all aspects related to the registration, protection and defense of your intellectual property rights.
